What it does
Checks the fit before you apply.
Every requirement gets one of three labels: "Have it," "Same skill, different audience," or "Don't have it." Each label points to a line in your own fact sheet. You approve the labels, and only yours count.
Knows your deal-breakers.
You set the rules once: pay floor, location, role types you won't take. It flags a posting that breaks one before you spend an evening on it.
Researches the company.
Runs in the background for 5 to 15 minutes and cites a source for every claim.
Talks it through.
Each job has its own chat with Claude that already knows the posting, the fit check, the research and everything you've logged.
Preps general meetings.
For a general meeting with someone who hires when there's no job opening.
Research and prep before the meeting, then debrief after.
Tracks sectors worth exploring.
A mentor's tip becomes a page: which employers, who leads the team, what's open, what it pays.
Keeps your data on your laptop.
Everything lives in one local database, backed up daily. It runs on the AI subscription you already have, so there's no API key to set up.
